"CHAGEE is such a vibe! The place looks amazing — super clean and modern — and their teas are on another level. You can really taste the quality in every drink. The milk tea is creamy and just right, not too sweet. Staff are always friendly and quick too. It’s the kind of spot you actually look forward to going back to. Totally recommend!"

"I've been wanting to try Chagee since I hear they opened in SoCal. We don't have any branches in the Bay yet. Wait times are super long due to brewing each tea per order. The wait was worth it as it was one of the better tasting oolong roast I've had. You can taste the higher quality difference compared to say a regular Taiwanese milk tea shop. I hope they expand north soon!"

"I honestly don't think the wait justifies the product. We waited 2 hours for a queue of about 50 orders (70 cups). While the tea is okay, it’s not life-changing enough to warrant that kind of time commitment. I will give credit to the staff—they are very professional and do a great job of warning newcomers about the long wait times before they order. Only stop by if you have plenty of time to kill and aren't expecting anything mind-blowing"

"There is always a long line. Luckily There was 0 line that day I went. Maybe colder days less people buy bubble tea? I tried the Roasted Oolong late - it was sooo good! Roasted Black Tea late is nothing too special"

"This chain coming from China has set up a record of selling the most boba tea in China, named Boya 伯牙琴弦,a jasmine flavored green tea, so I decided to give it a try. With $6.53 for a regular size, the milk tea is just average To my taste. I asked for zero sugar which is a plus as not every milk tea shop offers zero sugar drinks. If you enjoy the super modern ambiance and decide to chill here for an afternoon when in the shopping mall, maybe this is a place worth stopping. Otherwise, find another milk tea place for the best bang for your buck."
