What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"coffee Corner is right across the sub-dining area to Phil's, a coffee shop since 1946. Like their services so much, every employee would talk to you with smiley face, and automatically skip tip to free you from letting you feel struggled."
"Felt like the staff didn’t cared about you at all. Was waiting in line and forgot to validate my parking ticket, and I asked the girl washing dishes if she can just quickly validate my parking ticket right behind her and she said to ask in the front. It was literally 4 steps away form you so I ended up waited much longer in line unnecessarily. Cashier didn’t cared much at all almost bothered that I was there. Hot chocolate was ok. Taste like powdered cheap hot chocolate"
"Stop charging people a dollar for oat milk!!! Especially if I ask whether you have oat milk or almond and you say both but then you take it upon yourself to choose oat because you know you get to charge me more. If you work in the hospitality industry, be hospitable and always let your customers know about an up charge. I never wanna look at the register and see nearly 7 bucks for a medium coffee because of an upcharge Also the reasoning being that you charge for oat milk but not almond because oat milk is more expensive is irrational. Regular milk is still more expensive than both and you don't charge extra for that so do not charge extra for plant-based milk. People who eat healthier and should not be charged more for lesser ingredients. Most of the reputable coffee shops have gotten with the times that have stopped charging people for plant-based milk. Catch up"
"I stopped by Coffee Corner at the farmers market yesterday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered a medium fruit punch slushy, but what I got was more like juice it barely had any ice or frozen texture at all. When I went back to bring up the issue, the response I received was, “it’s not that frozen.” That didn’t feel like much of a solution, especially since a slushy should actually be slushy. I was hoping for better service and a drink that matched what was advertised, but sadly this visit didn’t deliver. Also, the total they stated to me out loud, did not match the receipt. I was actually charged more. She told me $4.75 but my receipt showed $5.30"
"I stopped by and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the drink itself was fine, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff member who helped me was curt and came across as quite rude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I clearly ordered a matcha latte, but she insisted several times—loudly—that I had asked for a mocha latte, before reluctantly making the drink. Her demeanor felt dismissive rather than welcoming, which was discouraging."
"Great service. Big selection of coffee and other drinks. Fresh ground coffee. Assembled expertly. Convenient FM spot. Great iced coffee and iced latte...."
