Word on the street is that Bub & Grandma’s Pizza shop across the street is opening very soon. And you’ll be smelling the fresh wafts of Collage Coffee’s brew in the late afternoon and evening breeze. So if you want genuine coffee served by friendly locals, let the welcoming baristas take your order. "Collage Coffee has what I like about an independent coffee shop: the storefront and interior design are fun and quirky, the barista, who also gives me the vibe of the owner, was chill and enjoyed talking with regulars, my flat white was decent, though too hot. Admittedly that was also one of the heat wave days. Overall, f this is a coffee shop in my neighborhood, I would happily come back."

"Been coming here since it opened at least once a week. All of the coffee drinks are the best in the neighborhood. Cold crew on tap, and all of the espresso drinks are perfection. They have a small menu of breakfast type snacks and some pastries (normally cinnamon rolls and hand pies), all of which are excellent. Can't go in without getting a waffle though. They're made fresh, come on a stick, and come with your choice of jam (get the melon!). The waffles are also vegan and gluten free which I didn't realize until after I fell in love with them. Crispy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside!"
