from Google"Matcha einspanner was very yummy! However, I did stand in a 25 minute line to order. Community goods is always busy at both locations. Very delicious and glad I tried it but I don’t think I would wait again. Totally recommend to try at least once!"
"After many visits to the Community Goods Melrose location I finally decided to check out their second spot. Known for its long line, I found PDC to have a shorter wait, and the service is always very efficient. What I enjoy and find unique about this location is the large green space, perfect for hanging out with friends and dogs — almost a rarity in LA. I’m typically not a matcha drinker, but their matcha einspanner is always top quality, delicious, and worth the wait :)"
"I hate to say it but this place is a 100% worth the hype. I know coffee and matcha very well and am incredibly picky but their iced einspanners are some of the best drinks i’ve ever had. Shame it’s only in LA. The matcha was the perfect ratio of matcha strength / milk / sweetness and the salt adds an insane touch - still thinking about it!"
"This place has the best matcha latte I’ve ever had. It’s smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet and not bitter at all. You can really taste the quality of the matcha, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into making it. Just keep in mind that seating is very limited, and there’s usually a long line with little to no shade, so it’s best to plan accordingly. Even so, the matcha latte is absolutely worth the wait, and I’ll definitely be coming back for another one."
"The Rocky’s Matcha flavor was not in the room with us?? It is not very matcha-y but very expensive. I went because the line was very short and did it once for the experience but would not go again. Also the barista told me that the matcha einspanner was $7.50 but then charged me $8.50? Which I did not notice until I saw it on my credit card. The cream was very tasty, almost vanilla ice cream-like, but I would probably prefer the coffee or hojicha instead. I would not wait more than 5 minutes in line for this."
