"I recently discovered this place while visiting my parents in South LA. To be honest, I was really surprised to find such a great little coffee shop in the neighborhood that it’s in. If you know, you know. I wasn’t expecting much but I was blown away! The latte I had was really great, but the breakfast empanada (stuffed with ham cheese and egg) was the show stopper. I highly recommend that you try this place. The owner was very friendly and welcoming… and super stylish 👊. The vibe in the shop is warm and eclectic enough to make you feel like you’re no longer in South LA. I am definitely returning on my next trip back to the neighborhood."

"Today after work my coworker and I decided to treat ourselves with a meal and coffee . While checking places nearby I discovered this spot on Google maps and decided to try. Once we arrived I could tell that the place is amazing, from the patio all the way to the dining area. Place is super romantic decorated with old fashioned stuff, there is even a mini bar to enjoy some wine and beers while having any meal. The service was not perfect but acceptable, I could tell the guys are very welcoming and friendly but when it comes to take the order I had to repeat 3 times what we wanted. Not so sure what went wrong, and I could tell the place wasn't pack with people, not sure if they had too many online orders. Anyway the food is what we went for. I ordered a burger and my coworker ordered the Argentinian style sandwich they were absolutely delicious, we both shared half of each. I personally loved the flavor. Plus I had the iced pumpkin latte with cold foam but I didn't get the foam, which was still delicious despite no cold foam added or at least I didn't feel it. I personally and highly recommend this 2 dishes which comes with fries. There are some other dishes ranging from 20 dollas + , specially if having a meal with wine or beers."

"2 Jan 2025 Came in for coffee, ended up having a wonderful dining experience! 🔥🔥🔥 Fuego was a lucky find after another nearby coffee spot didn't suit our needs. It popped up on a quick search for late night coffee (open til 11 PM) + the great reviews piqued our curiosity. ⭐️ ATMOSPHERE + SERVICE ⭐️ The atmosphere was warm + inviting as were the staff. We enjoyed chatting with the owner + learning about the upcoming expansion. The soft, ambient lighting, great music + a wonderful fragrance amplified the cozy vibes, which was perfect on a rainy Friday evening. ⭐️ FOOD ⭐️ I was excited to see octopus (Pulpito) on the menu. It was nicely grilled + tender, resting in a herby-vinegary oil (may have been chimichurri), which was tangier than I'd anticipated + overpowered the huancaína dipping sauce, so I would have preferred a different sauce pairing. Perhaps something spicier and/or sweeter to balance the acid. My cousin ordered the Humita Corn Empanada (vegan), which is absolutely delicious! After hanging out for an hour, I decided to try the Argentinian Style Burger (swapped out the Swiss cheese for an extra slice of Provolone + asked for the sweet relish on the side) with fries. The burger was decadent — a well-seasoned melt-in-your mouth patty, layered with flavorful sauces, stacked on fresh lettuce + tomato, between a light + toasty bun. And the thick cut fries were on point: the perfect ratio of crispy outside to creamy inside. 😋 All of that, and not a single cup of coffee was had! Even the owner joked that he was surprised to see our meal orders because we had only asked about the coffee when first walked in...Next time! 🤣"

"Came here at 11 AM on a Wednesday to post up for a bit of work and was happy to find plenty of tables and outlets. The coffee and breakfast empanada were excellent. The service was stellar and made my day. I got a star sticker! So cute, incredible vibes. Truly everything I could have wanted, and rare to find all of the above in LA. Highly recommend!"
