"Mixed feelings about this spot. Good spot for a morning coffee because if you are looking for a calm relaxing environment without much traffic. The Cafe Americano was excellent—bold, smooth, and easily one of the best I've had lately. However, the shop itself was a bit neglected. I did not notice any napkins or was provided one with my almond croissant. The countertops were noticeably dirty. It was cleaned upon my request. I’d love to come back for the coffee, but I hope they step up the cleaning!"

"I was stuck serving jury duty and wanted to try something new during my lunch break, so I walked to Grand Central Market and gave Go Get 'Em Tiger a shot. I ordered a decaf dirty chai ... which I guess they call a dirty Sanchez? The drink was as awful as the name. Flavorless and watery and cost around $7-8 bucks without tip. I probably should have sent it back, but I felt bad because the servers (who were extremely sweet and helpful) were swamped with orders. I'd like to give them another chance without the chaotic work crowds."
