"I love the matcha here, hot match is my favorite! I love their vanilla lattes too. I normally get the hot coffees. They are so good. Some of their seasonal drinks are fun to try. Service is great people are so friendly, yes it gets a bit crowded at times. I've only had one bad encounter but I go here quite often prior to my workout classes or after."

"Ok coffee bar. Nothing special but not bad. The mushroom coffee option has so much potential but unfortunately it comes sweetened. The food is very pricey for what you receive and the taste itself. In a nice quieter part of town with what seems like a lot of locals running around."

"Ideology Coffee of DTLA is a nice coffee gem nestled on the busy street of 12th st and Pico blvd in the heart of downtown LA. They offer a wide array of flavorful coffee and tea drinks as well as food dishes. Upon entry you’ll quickly notice its interior has plenty of natural light and serene vibe. I quickly perused their menu and ordered a Cold Brew and Chocolate croissant. Drink was modest and refreshing meanwhile pastry was just banal-not warm but room temp. This coffee shop sell coffee bean bags. Prices were competitive. Service was ridiculous spot on. Plenty of street metered parking and garage lots . Overall, my experience was modest. And it’s one decent coffee shops in the area"

"I saw this open recently, so I checked it out today. I ordered a latte with almond milk. It was the perfect temperature and the flavor was pretty good. Overall it was a good cup & I’d definitely come back for their other menu items. Parking is limited to street or paid garage parking near by. I definitely think the coffee was good."

"I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for a little over a year now. The coffee is always great and I’ve never had an issue with any of the employees, everyone is usually very friendly. However, a couple of days ago I encountered a gentleman who I believe may be the owner, and his attitude was incredibly disappointing. My friend had placed a mobile order online and asked me to grab it. When I asked him about the order, he was dismissive from the start. He said, “Well we haven’t gotten anything here, we have multiple locations.” After I showed him the confirmation” he repeated, “I just told you we haven’t gotten anything.” He made no effort to help or even be polite. If he truly is the owner, this is extremely poor customer service. It’s not welcoming at all and certainly not a good first impression to new customer. I walked out of there very disappointed."
