from Google & Yelp"Did you know the LGBT Center has a cafe? Liberation Coffee House is all about community. The walls are lined with black-and-white vintage photography from past activism, and every dollar you spend goes straight into life-saving programs for the LGBT community. I know I sound like their marketing manager, but I’m so happy to have a queer space that isn't a bar. The overnight oats taste like a coconut rainbow in your mouth and the coffee is great too!"
"My husband and I came here for breakfast, and we were looking forward to trying espresso and croissants. Overall, we’re very pleased with their croissant. We thought it was the best croissant we had tried while visiting LA for a short period of time. We ordered: 2 Espresso 1 Croissant Total: $16.14 with tips Price-wise, it was okay. The waiting time also was decent. Great coffee and fresh, tasty, and great quality of croissant. We noticed they served everything on the go or for takeaway instead of in a proper cup or plate. Other than that, satisfied customers. Happy to recommend 🤗😀"
"The ambiance and location is perfect. The staff are super friendly and attentive. However, I ordered the "toasted marshmallow" latte and it was okay. I also ordered the "1969 breakfast sandwich" and it was delicious. I would recommend the food but maybe try a different flavor besides toasted marshmallow."

"Latte - 5 🌟! Potato onion rosemary scone - 5 🌟! I had my car at a local shop for a tune-up, and while I waited, I found my way over to Liberation Coffee House. It is housed in the LGBT building, and it is a very welcoming and lovely place to spend some time. The ambiance is colorful and creative. The employees are friendly and helpful. It also seemed to be a pretty popular spot, which was nice to see. I was there for an hour, and they had a steady crowd the entire time. The latte I had was perfect. They have a nice cafe style menu, but I wasn't too hungry, and I was drawn to the savory scone on their menu. It was a great pick and hit the spot. It also made me wish more places had savory scones. I don't know about parking since I walked over from my mechanic. I definitely will stop and enjoy Liberation when I'm getting my car looked at or when I'm in the area."
