"Stopped and grabbed a couple of sammies and a little egg salad plus a delicious piece of pecan pie for dessert. The sandwiches are mostly cold, large and good value. Good quality meats and cheeses. Very kind and attentive staff. Anyone who has a picture of Bob Marley is ok with me."

"I always stop here when on Laurel Canyon. The Highlight is the Beautiful Art Work By Spike in Front of the Store. A long time Resident here. And I got treated to a nice cup of coffee while I went around the store, I picked up some Spaghetti in the Deli while here, and then took a friend on a short tour to see where Jim Morrison used to live near by. Every year photos are taken of the community. And music is well and Alive here."

"I have driven past the place for decades, stopped once for groceries. Went for coffee and iced tea last Thur. around noon and had a lovely time with my wife. She pointed out all the places that rock and roll stars from the 1960s and 70s lived. Three people came by to ask her about her crocheting. I would guess that the parking lot fills up quickly in the evening and on weekends."
