What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"The restaurant is cozy and surrounded by nature. I’ve passed by this place so many times over the years, always meaning to stop but never actually going in—until this visit. The atmosphere is lovely, with a view of the golf course that makes it feel calm and relaxed. There’s plenty of natural sunlight, a spacious patio, and both indoor and outdoor seating are well designed. It’s a comfortable space that feels just right. The food was better than expected. Good enough to make me want to come back. What stood out was how different the flavors were compared to other places. Most breakfast spots tend to serve very similar-tasting dishes, but this place offers food that feels genuinely homemade. It made me think there must be a really good chef in the kitchen. It’s not easy to find a breakfast place this satisfying, especially one where you can enjoy good food with a beautiful outdoor view. One thing to note is that it can get a bit noisy when dining indoors. Next time, I’d definitely choose to sit on the patio."
"We were going to the Griffith park for the train ride but we decided to stop at a cafe shop first. My aunt order the hamburger with fries which she finished the whole thing. Me n my toddler we had some of her fries which it was pretty good. I order the French toast with ham and eggs. The French toast was good but the flavor was alright to me. It was very soft. The scrambled eggs tasted better when I add some salt to it. The ham tastes good. I order the lemonade which is really good."
"Laid back cafe no fuss, no scene just good food and good people. Breakfast burrito was delicious. Chicken and waffles were delicious! Cooked perfectly. Potatoes were served cold? That was weird, but they weee very crunchy and tasty,"
"Nice place with great potential, but the experience was held back by the lack of service and training. The restaurant itself is inviting and the food was genuinely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with skill. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the meal. There was only one "server" managing the entire floor, and it was obvious that no one else was cross-trained or prepared to step in. It took 25 minutes to order but the food was worth the wait. Communication between staff was minimal to nonexistent, which created delays and confusion for guests. You could feel the strain on the lone server, who was doing their best without proper support. The place has solid foundations and the kitchen truly delivers, but the overall experience suffers without stronger leadership, better management, and more consistent care on the service side. With proper training and staffing, this spot could easily become outstanding, but for now it falls short of its full potential."
"A calm and relaxing atmosphere for a nice sunny day. I would recommend the French Toast Special it has a nice touch with the blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. The Platter is also a very good choice with great portions. Although on one note, I do think the beverages like fountain drinks & orange juice have an above normal price of $4 each for a Pepsi and the Orange Juice I ordered."
"Great vibe and a perfect place for breakfast. Service was amazing as well. I would definitely go again."
