from Google"Espresso Cloud definitely worth a try. Base has a pleasant acidity, and the foam texture is super smooth — finished with a light dusting of cocoa powder that balances everything really well. Not overly sweet, very drinkable. Their pastries look amazing, and the mini cream bun is surprisingly filling. The black sesame muffin was incredibly moist and fragrant — one of the better sesame pastries I’ve had in LA."
"⛾ modu latte、miso cinnamon roll spacious, well-lit, good for working with wifi and bathroom. modu latte was good, a bit light on the coffee flavour. i mainly wanted to the the cream bun, but it was sold out :( got the miso cinnamon roll instead, which was not bad but probably would not get again. overall, i like the aesthetic and would return to try their other items!"
"A cozy café with a Korean vibe. I had been following posts about its opening on a thread, so I felt a sense of familiarity with it. The dessert and drink menu were simple and not over-the-top, which I really liked. I was surprised to see more foreigners than Koreans, even though cafés like this usually attract a lot of Koreans. The atmosphere was lovely as well."
"Yummy bakery treats with a Korean flavored twist. Good drinks in a clean and modern cafe (with a bathroom!). I loved how all thier pastries were a little more unique than the average bakery treats. I got the mochi brownie and the black sesame chocolate chip cookie, both were DELICIOUS. I want to go back and get the miso cinnamon roll. My modu latte was yummy but a totally average cream top latte Things to note: service is quite slow, and they might be out of the pastry you want throughout the day. We were totally done with our food and my latte wasn't out yet, I was the only one in the line. Secondly this is a pricy place, even for LA. The cookie was $5 and the brownie was $6, both are average sizes. Total for two small pastries and a drink came to $20 and some change. The cost is worth it to come try the stuff out though and I do really love all the uniquely flavored treats, so I'll be here again."
"Came on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty crowded. Got the espresso cloud, which was decent, and the mochi hojicha muffin, which I didn’t really like because the hojicha flavor wasn’t very prominent and the texture was off (I normally love mochi pastries). However there’s lots of seating (but no outlets)."
