The almond croissant was fresh, buttery, and generously topped with sliced almonds and powdered sugar, a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Definitely my new go-to spot for coffee and pastries!"

"I’ve been to sipp coffee house twice a both on Fridays and I really enjoy it each time. The avocado toast is delicious and the burrito is honestly amazing. You can tell the food is fresh and made with care !I also love the ambience. It’s cozy calm and a great place to relax or catch up with friends. The staff are very kind welcoming and attentive, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a spot. I will keep coming back to"

"Stopped in to do some computer work. WiFi was fast, there were a few outlets and the place was packed on a Wednesday at 11am. No bathroom, odd for a coffee shop that serves food. I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk, there was a $1 up change for non-dairy milk. The matcha was not the best but at least there were no chunks. Probably would not return."
