"I was excited to support this business again because I love their values and the purpose behind their cafe. I had a great experience at a different location before, so I was looking forward to visiting this one. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The barista/cashier seemed annoyed by my questions about the coffee and clearly irritated when I placed my order. Their tone was so off-putting that I ended up canceling my order, which is rare for me since I understand people have bad days. It also wasn’t busy at the time, and it wasn’t close to closing, so the irritation felt especially unnecessary. I’m all about supporting small businesses, but experiences like this make it hard to want to return."

"It is truly mind-blowing how slow the service was. A line of 4 small groups took over 20 minutes to get through. We ordered croissants and agreed to heating them up (mistake). After 20 more minutes we just asked for them cold so we could go see the museum as planned. 40+ minutes (if anything an underestimate) for a cold croissant. The croissant itself was fine. Pretty standard cafe fare."

"Service is okay The food leaves a lot to be desired. Got a croissant and iced tea. The tea is so sweet and the croissant is so dry. Spend your money elsewhere. I paid $12 for this terrible experience."

"Delightful relaxing experience while at the History Museum. My hot vanilla latte and his cold matcha tea were flavorful & energizing. We split a single chicken empanada. A bit small. Nice seasoning & smoke flavor. Service friendly. Clean place. Good AC. Fabulous coffee. Better than Starbucks, perfect place to recharge for more museum exploration."

"I was at the museum this week and needed a cup of coffee. Got the cold brew. It was the worst “coffee” I’ve ever had. Either they over-diluted the concentrate on purpose or they don’t know how to make proper cold brew. Awful."
