"Cute coffee shop tucked away in an adorable corner of Frogtown I was working in the area and happy to find such a cute lil shop with parking. I tried an iced maple oat milk latte and it was perfect! Not too sweet. I really enjoyed it and the large patio to read my book. Might be a good place to do a little work, but I'm not sure that they have a restroom? Baristas were very kind but took a little while to make drinks."

Without further ado let’s dive-in to my lovely review. 10 Speed-Frogtown Coffee (est 2025) is a new coffee shop located along the LA river. This new store location is pretty well hidden but worth the adventure. This coffee business has only four locations throughout Southern California. Visitors will be captivated on this coffee shop’s architectural bldg because of its glasshouse structure, expansive ceiling and spacious layout. Furthermore, its atmosphere (inside or outside) is very relaxing and imbues tranquility. I came on a very early morning to grab a coffee. I was warmly greeted by a hip female staff. After I perused their modest menu, I ordered a hot Golden Latte. It was great with a hint of spice. Similarly, they have pastries, merch, and coffee bags for sale. Service was spot on. Prices seem reasonable and reflects its quality. Parking lot is available. Overall, I had a nice experience and very much enjoyed their latte."

"I've lived in this community my whole life, & this coffee shop truly feels like it belongs here. It doesn't feel like gentrification, it feels like a genuine neighborhood space that respects and reflects the people around it. The employees are incredibly welcoming and personable! They actually take the time to chat and get to know you, while still being efficient and keeping things moving, even during their rushes. The space is always well-kept and comfortable, no matter how busy it gets. As a student wrapping up my master's program, this place has been such a grounding spot for me. It's the perfect environment to study, reset, and feel supported. && being able to step away for a break along the LA River is a +++ that makes this place even more special.
