What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"The coffee was good, but unfortunately the almond croissant were very far from good. The regular one was just ok. Really to expensive for what it is..."
"This is a great little spot to have breakfast and coffee if you're staying at the Hollywood historic hotel. It took no time at all to get my breakfast and my coffee and I was able to leave without taking much time from my vacation. The people inside were very friendly. The ceiling looks awesome so make sure you look up. The cakes in the display case look wonderful and the croissant sandwiches were delightful. If you don't go, you are missing out."
"Ok so I didn’t expect much in the way of quality coffee in downtown L.A but let me tell you my friend Alan at Sweet Corner delivered. I ordered a double shot espresso for me a latte for my long suffering wife, it was so good I went back for a second and third. I wouldn’t say it was a religious experience but it was close."
"When I walked inside, I didn't expect the Euro-swankiness. It was super cute and sweet--like its name. And so were the two baristas/cafe servers. Inside the glass cases, they had individual lemon cakes, coconut cakes, and a caramel apple cheesecake that I eeny-meeny-miney-mo'd over. By individual cakes, I mean like shareable with one or two others. In fact, the caramel apple cheesecake wasn't just a little bit of delish on top, it had caramel and apple layers inside too! They also had fresh croissants, quiches, cupcakes, pecan bars, lemon bars, and full-sized cakes, as well. All this, plus the aroma of freshly brewed espresso wafting through the air. I was in heaven. NOTE: It's right next door to The Edmon, the Great Gatsbyesque historical cocktail bar."
"Such a cute place! The pastries are yummy. I had a cherry pie bar with grqnola on top."
"I recommend this beautiful cafe. Delicious pastries and coffee. Came back the next day for more goodies."
