"TILT COFFEE BAR (est. 2016) is cute highly-rated Downtown LA coffee shop. They're somewhat hidden given its location at the center of an apartment building in the middle of lil Tokyo. Despite its tiny outpost size they make incredibly good coffee, delicious albeit modest pastries and an outdoor seats with impeccable view of DTLA. Tilt's menu is pretty modest with a collection of coffee, tea and specialty items. I came on a warm afternoon and was perfunctorily greeted by a male staff. I perused their menu and ordered a Cold Brew x Choc Croissant. Both were satisfying. Staff was cordial and competent. Service was spot on. Parking (metered parking) was surprisingly easy given its in down town LA. Overall, it's a nice hidden gem to grab coffee and enjoy the smell of DTLA."

"The surrounding neighborhood is so messy but the cafe location is so nice, like an oasis in the middle of a messy desert. The mocha cloud is soooo good, especially the cloud. I was so tempted to ask for a cup of just cloud lol. Highly recommend"

"What a cute little coffee shop . Right in the heart of downtown . A little ghetto outside but when you walk into the complex this little coffee shop is the star of the area . The flat white and maple latte were really good ! Love that they make it extra hot without asking ! The baked goods looked so yummy ! We had to try one - we got a toasted cranberry and cheese danish - it was delicious 🤤 !"
