"Another Philz, another mess. Open for an hour and the outside seating area is still a mess. They seem to be too busy chit chatting to take care of the basics. Coffee supposed to be ready at 6:40 is five minutes late. There are hardly any customers. 🤷‍♂️. Barista keeps touching their face; what happened to basic hygiene? Coffee is great. I give the Store Manager, Ky, high credit for talking with me at some length about these issues. Thank you, Ky."

"I come here often. But today I came here at 10:25 am hoping to grab a coffee on a break from work. It took literally 18 minutes for me to receive my coffee. When I went up to the counter to say something the person behind the counter did not apologize or acknowledge my wait time at all, simply asked for my name and said “I think it’s getting to the counter now.” It was an off-putting experience to say the least. And it really should not take more than 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee"
