"I’ve been a loyal customer of Safeway and have always appreciated the cleanliness and overall quality of the store. However, I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with one of the cashiers (woman in her 50s with brownish-reddish hair). On multiple visits, she was notably rude and dismissive, treating me in a condescending manner. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, the consistent lack of courtesy left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope that Safeway can address this issue, as I truly value the store and would love to continue shopping there with a positive experience."

"This Safeway serves as my backup grocery store. Nob Hill is closest to me, but it if I can’t find it in Nob Hill I know I can find it in the Los Gatos Safeway. Safeway stocks a lot of good quality food and house goods, and they usually have a good supply of the items they stock. My only real complaint is the layout of the store. It makes no sense to me at all."

"I like that the location is close to Tesla supercharger. You can do your shopping while charging the car. I was here for wine gift bags. They were about $7 per bag."

"Safeway is my favorite supermarket, parking is always available, I can buy there everything Si need, big assortment of organic food too. Self checkout is available which is great too!"
