"My ice americano had a lot of oil and residue. I didn’t realize until halfway through. Not sure what it is so I tried calling the store four times with no answer. I agree with some of the reviews when they say the service is bad because the one lady working this morning was quite unfriendly. I was charged $7 for this and had to throw it out."
