"Always be open minded to new things or in this case old classics. Simple Cafe de Olla and a Go bananas crepe make the best snack for a tired mind and body in search of extra vitality for the extra shift at work. Cafe de Olla served perfectly in a clay cup. The aroma is strong but the taste does not disappoint. Every note and hint of cinnamon is a rather wonderful delight coming as you take in your first sip and notice the complex taste of harmony between cinnamon and coffee, not too sweet, not too bitter. Just perfect. The Crepe called Go Bananas, borrows from many flavors to deliver a very sweet dessert were it not accompanied with the coffee it would have been overwhelming by the fourth bite. This the importance of pairing the right food with the right drink. Very clean and nice little coffee shop. I believe the owner was serving that night, he was very helpful explaining with detail the differences in the menu and was also very accommodating since it was almost closing time."
