"My favorite place to get breakfast! I always get the elevated tea and a muscle meal shake, and I usually get the same thing. I switch it up from time to time, and it let me to this. I got the new tea, called the Teana, which was created by the lovely Tina who works there. And for the shake I got a caramel mocha latte, because I love coffee. Can't go wrong with this establishment, especially if you love health and fitness, and want to keep the weight off."
