Seeing the owners response about eating it, not disescting it. I opened the sando and this is what I received. Its the complete opposite of awesome."

"I moved to Sausalito in June, and my sister was actually the one who discovered this place. I cook most of my meals at home, but every Saturday I treat myself by coming here. The food is absolutely incredible!! I bring all my family and friends whenever they visit, and they’re always blown away. The service is just as amazing. I’m greeted by Jorge every time, and he is truly one of the kindest, most welcoming, and hardest-working people. He always remembers my name, which means so much to me. The space itself is cozy with a great local vibe, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. Highly recommend!"

"Terrible customer service from management. While the rest of the staff seemed nice and friendly, management completely ruined the experience. My friends and I were told we couldn’t sit inside and enjoy our coffee simply because I walked in with a sandwich I had purchased earlier at 7-Eleven. This was handled poorly and made us feel unwelcome. Definitely not a place that values its customers."
