"online ordering is still down. When there is a rush, its super inconvenient having to wait for all the people ordering acai bowls, then finally ordering your one drink. I see the tablets are being set up for ordering faster but not sure when that will happen. Also the drink prices have increased so much its only ever kind of worth going on Fridays for the discount. I love the empolyee drink creations! Employees are friendly and exceptional customer service!"

"This place is terrible zero stars honestly. We ordered 3 drinks for $24 definitely not worth it. The boba has a very strong honey taste and is overly sweet, the tea has no taste at all it’s like they just added water and powder to my drink. It’s called milk tea but it has no milk?! It’s supposed to be a cold drink but it was very warm even with adding extra ice. I definitely do not recommend this place and I’m never coming back!"
