"I visited this coffee shop on 13th of Jan at 18:29 and ordered two chai latte, I would say that the coffee shop really need to hire people who belongs to this industry, Because hospitality needs people who are welcoming, charming & smiley not rude & grumpy. I was ordering my latter and the girl questioned with a straight face "What do you want?" Excuse me, is this how you talk to your customer? When i said Chai Latte, she again with the straight face ok. I am sorry to say but you people need to train your employee's. I have travelled the whole universe but the attitude was unacceptable. On top of that, i am also a student of hospitality."

"Food is great and so are the cookies/pastries. I dine here every time I visit this mall (Im in the area once or twice a month for work). It's my go to spot and my husband looks forward to the cookies I bring home. My go-to item is the chicken walnut sandwich. It is amazing. The staff is very friendly. It can take a while waiting in line to place an order, but once your order is in, your food comes out pretty quickly. Atmosphere gets a low rating at no fault of their own. The food court area can use a little update/decor, its not the most inviting seating area."

"This bakery is mostly nostalgia for me. The lemon poppy seed is the best ever, but everything else doesn't taste as it used to. I ordered the veggie sandwich and it was regret from the first bite, definately not worth $12. The staff is mostly nice."

"Great food at this cute littler bakery. They do a great job with not only cakes but cupcakes, cookies and everything else too. We had them do a custom cake for a birthday party and they did such a good job with it. Not only was the flavor rich, the presentation of it looked like it was sculpted by Michelangelo himself"
