"This is the Monterey Park outlet of R&B Tea. Store is pretty small but they have laid out five or six tables with seating. So you can sit here with your friends and family and chit chat while sipping teas and fruit drinks. Their menu is quite varied with milk teas, smoothies, and juice teas. I thought the boba tea was made quite well and boba was Al dente. Parking is adequate in the strip mall parking lot."
