"We stopped by this place and it was so good. I got the iced Mexican mocha and it was very unique and beautiful. I am coming back during my trip for another one. My husband got the French vanilla drip coffee and he enjoyed it. We also got the blueberry scone and the cheese danish. Both pastries were warmed up for us and delicious. The scone was so soft and we enjoyed it very much. The atmosphere is very calm and enjoyable and relaxing. This is on a corner, and if you are in the area honestly it’s worth stopping in!"

"I visited Plum’s Café in Monterey on 12/17 around 4:30 PM and had a disappointing experience. We ordered two drinks and two almond croissants and waited about 10 minutes for the pastries. When we finally received them, the service felt rushed and inattentive. The barista didn’t ask whether we wanted the croissants to-go or for here, nor if we wanted them warmed up, which is a basic courtesy at a café. There was no attempt to check in or provide friendly service. Overall, the customer service from the gentleman working at that time was poor and left us feeling unwelcome. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations."

"This Cafe had the sweetest vibes. If I had the time, would have stayed and also tried the food everything looked so delicious between what I saw on customer plates and in the bakery case. I ordered an almond mylk latte and it was truly spectacular. The almond mylk even had a generous layer of actual foam, which was hard to believe it wasn't dairy milk since it was so rich and fluffy; which is very difficult to keep with almond mylk. It lasted thu the entire drink, which was very impressive. The espresso itself had a nice flavor and roast as well. Along with excellent, and very quick service considering how busy it seemed. Will be back again next time in Monterey!"
