"Josh was so rude and reflects the attitude of Nancy Shift Leader she called herself a GM when her name tag states SL. Josh coulsnt remake my drink due to incorrect charge. He told me to make it myself gave me a cup of ice . It did not work out . Nancy told me to do a yelp or Google review that she did not care. I ordered 3 drink and waited as it is 15 mn. I had to go to the register and get a refund then recharge my drink. Both Giana was super nice and was also disappointed as well as the other cashier. JOSH shouldnt be dealing with customers. He kept saying "it's all good in the hoo" and "damn all these customers". Very disappointed in this morning team. Nancy even gave Me The GMs name Joe and went to the back and was on her phone laughing texting. Around 1024 am and with her finger in her mouth. Please dod not make customers feel embarrassed and disappointed all EMPLOYEES reflect the GM and store. He was wearing a white shirt and he was even rude to another lady customer after I left. Damien was super nice and he should be a shift leader in my eyes."

"Ive only patronized this business once, last week for my teen daughter's birthday cake. She wanted something different than a typical birthday cake, and we found their round mango brûlée cake. It was perfect. Fresh, no heavy icing, and of course mango flavor with fresh mango and strawberries on top. They also give out a free chocolate "Happy Birthday" emblem for the top if you ask them. They also sell it in single slices if you dont need the whole cake. Good atmosphere. Ill be returning to check out the savory goods that I've heard good things about."

"I've been to many Locations and was so excited to know they opened one in my Town. Love their savory goods and their cakes. Tried a Mango Strawberry smoothie & the Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies for the first time, so delicious. They did take 20 minutes of waiting to get the smoothie so I recommend ordering ahead on the Kiosk before waiting in line to purchase the Baked goodies. Also I always get either a Thai Tea or Coffee in the bottle to have for the house. Usual we get treated to enjoy later on and they stay up pretty well yet the ones we bought here seemed to have gotten wet the next day. First time this happened, usually they dry out slightly after the next day. Will be a usual and hope this location makes it."
