"Today's experience was a little of a let down. My fries were wonderful, hot and just the right amount of salt. My tacos though, seemed to have light cheese instead of the light lettuce I requested and the meat was just barely warm, I was too hungry to take the time to request to have them remade. Other than that, the store was clean and pleasantly quiet."

They never rush you or seem bothered to assist you! The orders are always correct and they never let you forget about the hot sauce or ketchup! The freshness, quality and flavor of the food and beverages is always DELICIOUS, and never disappointing! Today I got a double baker with cheese two tacos and fries the burger was delicious as well as the tacos. The fries were kinda of plain needed some salt. Employees were friendly. "The food here is amazing. Great food place in the IE. I love the tostadas, and the food is always warm. The past few times I’ve came I’ve received great friendly service from Ellen I believe? Sweet young lady. Name tags are hard to read, but it’s clear all the workers care for the customers. I’ve been to other bakers where the employees are rude, but at this bakers they are always nice and welcoming. Speedy service as-well. I recommend the tostadas and tacos."

"Update 6-3-24 Unfortunately, I cannot boast about my experience. Our order had several errors and the food was room temperature even though we ordered at the counter. Billy, who took our order may have been new and was struggling but when we brought the errors to his attention, he fixed them immediately. Overall the food quality was very poor. Incorrect items, cold food and over salted fries made this meal less than tolerable. Service was fast. The drive thru is crowded now due to Covid-19. On this visit, we asked for fries well done and they were not. They are just trying to get the orders out as fast as possible."
