"Disappointed to say the least. I’ve been a few times over the past 3 months with a friend of mine. The first time my order was not too pricey as I got the bowl and just brown rice and non spicy meat. It was indeed a little spicy. The next time I went I got the Sam thing and the price jumped. And it was $12.95 and the bowl was less than half full. I ordered the pita chips which was okay and cinnamon. The next time we went I declined eating due to cost. I went tonight and saved my pita chips and got home and they’re super salty with no cinnamon at all! I had to try two bites thinking it was just the one. Nope. Wish I had tried them at the store but now I’m out the $$. I’ve also noticed when the line is long it takes quite a bit of time to get your food. 20-30 mins in line two weeks ago. Tonight we beat the crowd. Line was past the door. I had to wipe down our tables prior to eating. I paid $22 for a drink, a small bowl of brown rice and chicken, and salted, not cinnamon, pita chips I was actually looking forward to tonight. 1/30/26. And they didn’t give the pice of pita bread. 5 workers at the time. Very slow. Food was also cold and usually is. This again is why I very rarely even eat out anymore. For an overpriced food place you’d think they would know how to make the pita chips they boast about. Also there isn’t a lot of space to dine in. It’s a very small place. Don’t waste your $$. Look at the bad reviews. They’re all true. It’s getting worse."

"To the CAVA Management Team, My wife and I recently visited your restaurant and wanted to provide some feedback on our experience. While we were excited to try CAVA, we felt our visit did not live up to the premium experience we've heard so much about. We found several areas that fell short of our expectations: Food Quality: The meats we ordered, particularly the chicken, were tough and chewy with a noticeable rubbery texture and a significant amount of unrendered fat. This greatly detracted from the quality of the meal. Customer Service: The staff member assisting us seemed rushed and did not take the time to explain the various options or inform us about the CAVA rewards program. We felt pressured throughout the ordering process. Pricing Transparency: We were surprised by the final cost of our order at the register. We understand that certain toppings and proteins may incur an additional charge, but this was not clearly communicated to us as our bowls were being prepared. Providing pricing information during the customization process would help customers make more informed decisions and avoid surprises at checkout. We believe that addressing these issues would significantly improve the customer experience and align it with the high standards we associate with the CAVA brand. "I waited the 8 mins for the white sweet potatoes but I wasn’t pleased at all. All of them were burnt. Wasn’t worth the 5.00 they charged just for these. Not including the 15.00 bowl. Just saying."

"The crew that’s here midday morning is the best crew that works. I come to cover all the time and this is actually the most efficient crew that’s friendly. Looks happy to be here personable other times when I come staff that’s working seems annoyed, but this crew actually is really on top of it."
