She doesn’t even fill up the drink all the way up and the taste is always off compared to how the other workers have made them. Very disappointing whenever she makes my drink"

"I used to always go to the Boba Time in Houston.They had pop corn chicken and Banh Mi sandwiches. This location doesn’t,they only have macaroons and sliced crepe cakes. I’m hoping one day that will change."

"This place is yummy. We're literally to the end of our second loyalty card. And that doesn't count the times I didn't scan my card. Unfortunately, the young, thicker, caucasian, lady with a maroon hair is extremely rude. She always works afternoon/evenings. Not once or twice but EVERY single time we go in she is so short and bothered by whoever walks through the door. This evening I was paying with cash and she was bothered by that. I said "hello" and she rudely replies "what can I get you". I made sure to make eye contact and said "hello" even nicer and she says "hi, what can I get you?" When speaking to others about boba we talk about boba time often and a couple friends of mine have talked about "that rude girl". We've made it a point to go to the Magnolia location when we're in the area to fulfill our boba craving. Such a bummer that the customer service can ruin an experience of something my family of four enjoys."
