"I come here ALL the time. This location has one of the best boba you can get. Usually the service is decent. Tonight I came in at 8:40 and right as I pulled up the open sign turned off. I was confused but saw the door was open. There was a bar thing in the way and the two women inside did not seem impressed that I was coming in. Mind you, they're not supposed to close till 9:30. They told me they were closing early due to the weather (its raining outside, not snowing lol). They took my order but begrudgingly. The girl making my drink slammed things loudly as she made my drink. I worked for Starbucks in a vons for years and sometimes worked alone on christmas. I know its hard sometimes more than most, but I felt like this treatment was terrible. Especially considering I was very kind and warm despite the chill I was getting from them. 😒🙄 I might have to go to a new boba spot. I don't like being treated badly. Custmer service is huge for me. By the way, I asked for 75% sweet but my drink tastes 125% sweet lol."

"Delicious! I do think it’s crazy being charged .37 more for no ice. But other than that the caramel and strawberry milkshakes are good good. Went down to 3 stars in 3 occasions we have arrived 5-10 min prior to closing. (Sorry for the inconvenience) and they have declined to make blending drinks since blenders are already clean. So maybe put a sign no blended drinks 15 min prior to closing ?"

"Really liked this place, the boba was sweet and chewy. We ordered a Thai tea (my personal favorite), a Brown Milk Tea, 2 strawberry smoothies, one with strawberry and one with mango popping bobas. All were delicious, can't wait to go back and try a few other drinks. Staff was cordial and friendly, I highly recommend this place."
