"We stopped by Groggy Scallywag on a whim on our way out of Morro Boy and boy were we in for a treat! The vanilla iced latte was exactly how I like it—the perfect balance of bitter and sweet, with plenty of flavor. My friend got the matcha latte with ube and it was excellent—prepared well with a strong flavor profile. We also ordered asiago bagels with cream cheese, which the owner toasted for us. I wasn't expecting much from the bagel, but it was truly delicious. They were clearly handmade and I wish I had asked which bakery the cafe sources them from. I will definitely be stopping by again next time I am in town!"

"Definite Stop for Cool People with Good Taste. PROS: Upon walking up to and into the establishment, I appreciated the style and theme. It's a little hidden but not hard to find - and though small, there is seating and space inside to feel comfortable. The employee was incredibly friendly and approachable, and even asked a couple of questions to get my drink just right based on my taste/preference (not common). The latte I ordered was perfect and the cinnamon roll was delicious. Quick service, and I purchased a tote bag from the adorable shop area too. So many wins. CONS: If there was a con, it would only be that it's a hidden treasure. But that's what pirates strive for, so it fits. Highly Recommend & Will Go Back Again. 👍👍"
