"This was a so-so food spot. It is convenient for the people staying at the hot springs, but we felt we paid way too much for what was average or below average food and drinks. The blueberry muffin the only really good thing. The ham and cheese sandwich was just a sad microwaved sandwich. The coffee was fine. The burgers we had at dinner were okay but served in these metal baskets where the food kept falling out. The elixir tonics were overpowered by too much syrup but they did fix them for us. The service was good. It was mostly empty for breakfast and dinner. Eventually once the construction is over, I’m hoping there will be better food options on the property because we’d love to come back to the hot springs."

"The current 3.5 star rating explains everything honestly. I think if they up their customer service experience they may make a difference in their rating. I went in to order a smoothie, I asked if they could add my vitamins in the mix , which they said they couldn’t cuz of policy- okay fine sure makes sense. But then I asked for them to omit the oats in the smoothie I wanted to order due to allergies, and they said they couldn’t cuz it’s premade….. or whatever that means. There was no flexibility and consideration. The fact that they were the only cafe onsite was the only reason I was there in the first place. I won’t go back by choice"

"My bagel sat in the toaster for 20 minutes while the staff ignored us no apology, no explanation, just handed it over. Meanwhile, other customers were greeted with smiles and served right away. We’re two behavioral therapists — women of color, tattooed, and visibly different from most of the crowd . The judgment was loud. The way we were treated wasn’t just cold, it was targeted. If you can’t treat all paying customers with basic respect, you shouldn’t be in business. I won’t be back."

"I stayed 2 days/ 1 night at Murrieta. I ate at Brew 1902 for lunch and coffee, and Ahnee was very attentive. I ordered the burger and fries. The fries are cooked in avocado oil, so they taste fantastic! The cocktail was great as well."

"Everything is way over priced—even for premium quality—and is below average quality. Didn’t even have salsa or hot sauce for the breakfast burrito. Lots of room for improvement here."
