from Google & Yelp"Great shop for dnd magic and hanging with friends llaying board games. Good food creative tasty drinks. This is my favorite spot in the IE to spend my time and money. Ask about westmarch if you are looking for a fun interactive dnd experience that is welcoming to all players. If you are looking for an inclusive community with great staff this is your new spot."
"Unique spot. Brought my Kiddo here for a Lorcana Tournament and its pretty rad. Neat little Cafe with legit drinks and food. Well organized. Clean. And major bonus.... baby changing station in the men's room."
"What a great spot for all things gaming. Thank you “The Hungry Dragon” for hosting a Pokémon League Cup. It was a fierce competition. I cannot get enough of the cafe Lounge inside the store. The food looked amazing."
"The shop is inviting, spacious and exactly the place that I and my partner look for in a local game store. The attention to community and how they listen to their players is such a breath of fresh air. And weirdly surprisingly, as a local game store, people actually come in to play board games. I don't see that at other local game stores, due to them catering too much to TCG's or not having enough space for people. The Hungry Dragon is also pushing back against what is seemingly the downfall of a lot of local game stores, and that's pricing things at scalped prices. They price their product fairly compared to competitors! The vibes of the shop just feel fresh and nostalgic all in the same. It really feels like everyone here, both customers and employees love being here and I'm no exception!"
"I love this place!!! The shop is very spacious, decorated with wall art, shelves full of games and toys. They also have a big area full of tables and chairs for hanging out or to play games. They have lots of events like DnD, Lorcana, free game nights, paint your dragon, make your own dice etc which are really fun. Now they even have a cafe with really good strong coffee, teas and good eats. I started coming to the Hungry Dragon in March to learn how to play Dungeons and Dragons. I really enjoyed learning how to play DnD and have had nothing but great times here. I literally cant wait for our session every other week. After just my second visit, the owners already knew my name which was very impressive. Johnny and Kevin are always so friendly and have created a fun and safe environment for everyone. I’ve met some really cool people here too. I am so glad I came here and don’t plan to ever stop. If you are considering giving this place a shot, don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it."
"My partner and I stopped by The Hungry Dragon in Temecula on a Wednesday around 2 PM, planning to just grab a quick coffee -- but we ended up staying until..."
