"Located on the property of Heritage Resort and Spa, they have coffee and breakfast available beginning as early as 6:30. All the breakfast sandwiches and burritos are pre-made and then heated in a commercial toaster oven. Personally, I think the burrito with chorizo is better than the sandwiches although, be warned, the chorizo can be greasy and soak the tortilla. I ate mine with a fork sans the tortilla. It is also big enough to split. We shared it and it was plenty. From a food perspective, the Blend is definitely better than eating at McDonald's but also not knock-your-socks-off delicious! The coffee shop has pretty good drinks; both cold and hot. I'm a pretty basic vanilla latte guy but even something that simple can vary widely in various coffee shops. This one is decent but not great. All of that being said, I'll give them 3 stars. I hope that helps. Bon appétit, y’all."

"Blend Cafe is a coffee and desert shop at Meritage Resort and Spa. It's a small place within the complex but it serves its purpose. Its convenient and simple, the staff is nice and the coffee is pretty good. They also have some Napa Valley themed gift shop. Its good it was there so you don't have to go to main restaurant for quick coffee."

"Very disappointed with the customer service at Blend Café at The Meritage Resort. I went down to request two sets of utensils because our takeout order didn’t include any. The employee at the counter, whose name was Yenny (or Jenny), responded by slamming the entire container of forks and knives down in front of me without a word. It felt unnecessarily rude and completely uncalled for, especially considering I was just trying to get what was missing from our order. For a place located inside a resort that promotes hospitality and relaxation, this was not the experience I expected. I hope management takes this kind of behavior seriously."

"Horrendous. Messed up the order after repeating myself 3 times. Couldn’t get the servers attention to help correct it, and that was after waiting 30+ min for a latte and a cold soggy pastry. Didn’t bother to fix it, I couldn’t risk waiting another 30 min. Chaotic in there. Better off driving away from the resort and going to another coffee shop, would probably save on time and better quality. Most customers couldn’t understand they don’t take cash or card, so the line was just so long from taking orders."

"The cashier was extremely friendly! My egg bowl was microwaved into oblivion, coffee was bitter, and my friends oatmeal was undercooked. The resort need to be offering better to-go options for breakfast. Also it was extremely overpriced, $26 for an egg bowl and latte."
