"We were looking for a glass of wine and a cheese plate before dinner and got so lucky finding this spot. It has such a great vibe, the wine was delicious and the service was excellent. Katarina made us a cheese plate and told us all about the history of Napastak. We ordered 3 more bottles when we got home! So glad we found it."

"My friends and I stopped by this coffee shop while visiting downtown Napa. The space itself is beautiful and well organized, which is what initially drew us in. Since it was our first time, we were unsure where to place our order. There were no smiles and no greetings from staff, and we were left standing until another customer not an employee helped us find the register. When we finally interacted with a staff member, the first thing said was, “Are you guys from Napa?” which didn’t feel welcoming. A simple hello, some direction, or asking if it was our first time would have made a big difference. I understand it was a busy Sunday night, but better customer engagement and clearer guidance—especially for first-time visitors—would really improve the experience."

"Cool place with serve yourself tasting of balsamic vinegar and olive oils infused with a variety of different things. Espresso is bitter/sour so can’t recommend the coffee but the wine tasting is a nice feature."

"My spouse and I went in on a cold, rainy evening. We were the only 2 to enter the shop. We wanted a snack and a drink. There were 2 girls working. We asked for a glass of wine and a non-alcoholic cocktail (on the menu). She said she didn’t know if the ingredients for the cocktail were even in the shop. Made no attempt to look. Full stop. My spouse settled on a hot chocolate. As far as a snack they had individually wrapped pieces of Brie and a small plastic packet of crackers and meat, the type of quality you’d find at a gas station. We do, however, decide to have that since we were starving and it was raining and we had an hour to kill before our dinner reservation. We were chatting while she rang us up so I didn’t notice the price until we sat down, when I got a notification from the SHOP app which is where the e-receipt goes. I did a double take at the bill which was $61.00. I had also left a 20% tip although there had been exactly no actual service (I literally purchased items at the counter and then we sat down and consumed them). As I examined the bill I realized I had been inexplicably charged for a $22 bottle of balsamic vinegar. I brought this to the attention of the staff and they barely blinked an eye as they refunded it. If I hadn’t actually seen the bill I never would have realized what happened. I can say with utmost sincerity the is did *not* feel like a mistake. We would never return to this place because the overall experience was terrible even regardless of the suspicious overcharge."
