"Light, clean, spacious shop with thoughtful design. I love their logo :) They had jazz playing and the atmosphere was very pleasant - even the bathrooms were nice! I sat here for several hours and worked as did several other people. The staff was very polite, helpful, and quick. I was anticipating a standard coffee/cafe menu but I was surprised to see their menu is all specialty items (duh, I didn’t read, I was in a rush to find a work space). I usually get a strong iced oat latte or espresso so the Vietnamese White Coffee was very rich and very sweet for my palette but WOWWWW it was VERY good!!!! It was like all the best parts of a coffee milkshake :) great find! 10/10"

"Best boba coffee! Try the popular egg coffee. The coffee taste is so deep and flavorful. It’s really strong! The place is large, well designed with many tables and well lighted. The staff is friendly and responsive. They have other tea and fruit drinks that is good as well. Have to try this new place! Sure to be a popular place !"

"My daughter loves the Strawberry Tea at Tram, and when we go there, she usually orders a large size with less ice. However, the cup is only ¾ full, and they still put too much ice in her drink. The ice takes up half of the cup. I went to ask them why it was like this and why there was so much ice. The worker just looked at me and said, "Sorry." I expected that when I brought it to their attention, they would remake the drink properly, especially considering the price we paid. We are very disappointed, upset, and unhappy with this place. This is NOT the first time this has happened to us. I told my daughter not to buy drinks there anymore. I don’t like businesses that treat customers this way."
