"Brasita wasn't as friendly as i'm use to. Cappachio seem bitter, i didn't feel the love. Went down to Dory's Deli wow!! amazing capps and so was the brasita. I make it a point to head there 1st before i jump on the ferry."

"We came to visit this coffee shop Saturday June 16th and we were so excited to get coffee. However, as soon as we walked in, we were told that we were not going to get any coffee due to the employee's"working to hard and had not got a break" pretty much told us to leave. It was so rude! So disappointed! Not a way to treat your customers! Everyone has a breaking point at times but it should have been dealt with differently."

"So disappointed! We came here after the christmas boat parade to get some caffeine. I ordered a large Cappucino with an extra shot. I got a small cup (was already overcharged at that point) but still took it since the staff wasn't responsive and unfriendly. So I didn't wanted them to re-do it. We walked to the beach and only then I realised that I got a regular coffee. We walked back and both of the women ignored me until I friendly asked for my original oder. The cashier said that they made a cappuccino and this could not be. I opened the lid and showed her the coffee. She said she doesn't know how this could've happened and gave me an angry look. Finally I got a small cappuccino but beither an apologies nor a smile or friendly word. Horrible service and grumpy staff. DON'T go here. Even overprized Starbucks offers better value!"
