I ordered a cappuccino. Your cappuccino is the same as Starbucks. Absolutely not better. And your foam is wrong—there’s way too much of it. That’s not how milk is steamed. Learn how to steam milk properly. A good cappuccino in a specialty coffee shop always comes with a thin layer of microfoam and latte art. Very unfortunate. I’ve noticed—based on my experience—that on the East Coast, especially in New York, there are a lot of really good coffee shops, while in California they still haven’t learned how to make proper coffee."
