Though I haven't been to the physical location (yet), I've been enjoying their coffee at a cafe in Carmel for years, and have continued to buy the beans to have at home for months now. When it finally did need care 2 years later, Mamoud (sp?) got my machine back to me same day! And, when I picked it up, Alex shared some of his dark roast beans (French roast) that are delicious.
