"First time visit, was greeted warmly at the door. Studying the menu and was told that is I had any questions to let them know, which was nice. Like that they have books to enjoy the stay and they have comfortable seating. The iced coffee was strong and not super sweet. Really enjoyed."

"I’ve had multiple amazing experiences at the Oakley location. I have celiacs and come in once a week (or twice 🙈) but they remember me each time and I don’t have to ask for any accommodations. They immediately grab separate things to make my drinks safely and they’re knowledgeable of the ingredients in their drinks. Major shout out to your team for being educated on the cross-contact, being so friendly and welcoming, and the top notch customer service of remembering me each time. It’s not just one person, it’s multiple people who go above and beyond. I truly love stopping by and getting to enjoy my coffee!! 🥰"

"I ordered 1 simple coffee, went to next door to get a pastry and came back. when I got back to pick up my coffee the cashier rushed to the pick up station to make sure I got my coffee. I left without taking a sip. After I left I noticed it was the wrong coffee AND I was already far enough away that it was not worth me coming back. I emailed Chrome about my experience and never got a response. This is not the type of business I was to support in Oakley. I’ll take my business elsewhere! If you cannot stand and watch your coffee like a hawk don't go to this place they cannot get a simple order right. Read the reviews!"
