"First time here. Doesn't seem to be your typical classic boba shop... but they do offer some other amazing drinks and flavors! We ordered a brown sugar milk tea, mango tango with boba, and a strawberry matcha latte with boba. I really loved my matcha! Not too sweet even with added boba. "I ordered my drinks online for pickup and still ended up waiting an unreasonably long time after arriving inside. While waiting, I could clearly hear staff in the back loudly using vulgar language, which was extremely unprofessional. I also noticed completed drinks (that ended up being mine) sitting on the kitchen counter while no employee was present at the front. All staff appeared to be in the back, and it became clear my order had been forgotten or ignored. I waited so long that my husband had to come in and check on me before the same worker who initially told me my drinks weren’t ready finally came out and handed us the drinks. No apology. No explanation. Nothing for the inconvenience. The lack of professionalism, awareness, and basic customer service makes this the worst Krak Boba location that I’ve been to."
