"The coffee was decent, though on the expensive side for what you get. The location itself is nice and pleasant, which is a plus. However, the service could use some improvement, I had to wait several minutes before being acknowledged and having my order taken. Overall, an okay experience, but better attentiveness from staff would make a difference."

"Very welcoming coffee spot for students and non students alike. many many options for coffee for any taste so there’s definitely something for everyone! Staff is really nice, attentive and quick with the orders and I got my coffee in less than 3 minutes when it was busy. Enjoy the vibes and is a very study friendly space. Been to a couple of their locations and this one is by far my favorite, 10/10 !"

"Happy Grand Opening to Better Buzz Coffee's newest location in Orange! I visited late on grand opening day. They were offering free stickers and reusable cups for the first 200 customers or while supplies last. Parking: There's a medium sized parking lot in the back. Finding a spot can be a hit or miss. This location also has a drive thru. Ambiance/Environment: They have a large space inside with plenty of indoor seating. Very clean inside. I love the quotes on the walls. It's perfect for fun photo opportunities. The theming is on point as well. It does get busy in the morning. Their drive thru line can get long, which makes it difficult to get a parking spot and getting out. Service: During my first visit, the cashier that assisted me was nice. I called 20 min prior to my arrival to check if they still had any reusable cups. The worker over the phone told me they still had some. Unfortunately when I arrived, they ran out of reusable cups, but they still had stickers. I jokingly asked for a discount on my order instead, and the cashier took me seriously and tried inputting a discount code lol. I didn't get a discount, but I appreciated the effort. Drink: I got the Snickerdoodle Latte during my first visit. This is considered one of "Buzz Favorites" according to their app. It was definitely sweet, and the cinnamon flavor came through. They also offer fun seasonal drinks. I visited again to try their Maple Best Drink Ever. This is their classic americano with signature creamy vanilla and topped with maple cold foam. The cold foam was okay; I didn’t taste the maple flavor. The drink itself was light and not too sweet. Pricing: I'm not surprised prices are a bit more than average. They do offer coupons and promotions through the rewards app. You receive a free drink for downloading their app after your first purchase. I'd most likely visit occasionally when they have a promotion/coupon."

"This is my second time visiting this location and ordering the same drink. The first time, I ordered a mocha buzz blend with whipped cream, and they forgot to add the whipped cream. I understood since they were busy, and the second time, I ordered the same drink again, and they forgot the whipped cream once more; this time they weren’t even busy. Overall, I’ve visited this coffee shop four times, twice in Fullerton and twice in Orange, and each time I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt because they’re a newer business. However, the service consistently lacks attention to detail, and on top of that, the drinks are not blended well, with noticeable chunks of ice left in the drink. I really wanted to like this place, but the repeated mistakes and inconsistent quality make it disappointing."
