from Google"Service and the workers were lovely, but I found hairs in both the lemon bar and potato salad that came with the panini. The box I received also had a hole in it that looks like a mouse chewed through it. As a person in food service, even if that tear came from a random accident, I don’t know why you would give it to a customer."
"Very nice sandwiches and salads. Comfortable outdoor seating area. Friendly and fast service. Recommend for a relaxed, casual outdoor light lunch."
"What an absolute gem of a spot. This panini place is the definition of a hidden treasure—tucked right in the heart of the Orange Circle, and everything about it felt like the perfect backdrop for reconnecting with an old friend. My friend insisted we meet there—and I’m so glad he did, because it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped up to the door, it gave off that cozy, “if you know, you know” kind of energy. The kind of place locals love and visitors stumble into and never forget. The vibe is casual and warm, with just enough seating to make it feel intimate but never cramped. There’s a little bar top inside if you want to cozy up indoors, and plenty of shaded patio seating outside for soaking up the sunshine and people-watching in one of the cutest areas Southern California has to offer. The Orange Circle is seriously something out of a movie—charming vintage buildings, tree-lined streets, antique shops at every corner, and a pace that makes you want to slow down and savor everything. Now let’s talk food, because wow. This place knows their way around a panini. I was absolutely torn between the Caprese and the tuna melt—both sounded incredible. After way too much internal debate (and a reassuring recommendation from the staff), I went with the tuna melt, and it was everything. The bread was golden and perfectly crisped on the outside, warm and soft inside—basically panini perfection. It held up beautifully and didn’t overpower the flavors inside, which were rich, melty, and deeply satisfying. Each sandwich comes with your choice of sides, and I opted for the pasta salad. It was light but flavorful, the perfect counterbalance to the warm, hearty sandwich. And then came a little surprise that totally won me over—a complimentary dessert bite, something like a tiny square of pecan pie, sweet and nutty and completely unexpected. I love when restaurants add thoughtful touches like that. It shows they care. The staff were exactly what you hope for—genuine, upbeat, and clearly proud of the food they’re serving. One of them didn’t hesitate to gush about how good the sandwiches were, and I loved the confidence. They’ve definitely earned it. The whole experience just felt like a hug. Delicious, laid-back, and filled with good energy. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try too hard but ends up being kind of perfect. I couldn’t have imagined a better setting to catch up with someone who’s been in my life a long time—it was cozy, unpretentious, and full of flavor in every way. If you ever find yourself wandering through the Orange Circle—or even remotely nearby—make this place a stop. Whether you’re meeting someone special or just craving a sandwich done right, it delivers in every way."
"This place is a hidden gem in Old Towne Orange. I've been going to Old Towne for about 10 years now and am bummed out that I had not tried this place yet. I got the Turkey Club which came with ham, turkey, cheddar and provolone, It was piled high with meat and cheese. My wife got the Turkey and cranberry panini and was not disappointed. My daughter was a happy customer with her turkey, mayo and cheese sandwich, but her favorite part was the little detail of adding a homemade chocolate chip cookie on the side with each sandwich. It's the small things that count and that was a nice little surprise. Each sandwich came with the choice of potato salad, macaroni salad, pasta salad, side salad or fruit. This time around we got the side salad that was super tasty. Will have to try the other sides next time around. Will definitely be going back. Especially because the owners were amazing people❗"
"You really can't go wrong with the selection of cold sandwiches. The bread is always fresh due to the volume of customers they get thru out the day mostly at lunch. They have fountain drinks as well as bottled beverages (e.g. Mexican coca cola) The lady in the front is very helpful and knows her food. I always go for the Club Sandwich and add avocado. They have lunch specials like the Chicago hot dog sandwich it's so freaking good. I can't really eat it as much though for obvious reasons. They have limited seating inside, however, seating at outside is usually nice plenty of seating."
