"The location and cafe has been around for a long time but a short while back when the new ownership took over the place started to shape up for the better. It space keeps improving with renos and furniture but what changed immediately was the quality of their hookah. Better molasses, heads and coals. Better varieties of cafe drinks. And if you work remotely like me, blazing fast internet! While they are the only game in town, I still look forward to my visits to PS so I can enjoy the evenings in their patio with great hookahs."

"Unfortunately, this is a sorry excuse for a hookah bar. Even on a Friday night the place is completely dead with the exception of 3-4 tables on the patio outside the lounge. You order at the cashier, pay first and even add tip before you sit down. What kind of a service lounge/bar asks you to pay and tip before you experience the service? $50 for hookah that is mediocre at best! And if you are not ordering one then there is a coverage charge. No wonder there was not a single person sitting inside. That should have been a sign to bolt out. Nothing against the young lady that brought us the hookah. But it is very clear that the owner has no clue how to run this business."

"I’ve been to a good number of hookah bars, this one takes the cake. Beautiful, calming environment with chill music and very friendly staff. Spacious covered upper level patio with lots of fire heaters during colder months. Great hookah selection, and coals changed attentively! Delicious tea. I’ll be telling all of my friends this is a must stop when in Palm Springs! I can’t wait to come back"
