"A Must-Try Coffee Spot in Palm Springs! We saw a very busy coffee shop on our way to Elmer's and immediately knew we had to try it. It was conveniently located just up the street from our hotel, and the buzz was amplified when we met a couple by the pool raving about their iced coffee from there. Naturally, we made it our mission to visit the very next day! This place absolutely nails the Palm Springs vibe. Don't be surprised by the line it can be a mile long, but tbh, that's just a sign of how good their coffee is. With the 104 deg temp already at 9 AM, we ditched our usual hot coffee order for something more appropriate, their coffee freezes. I went with the Malted Mocha Freeze and my boyfriend chose the White Mocha Freeze. Let me tell you, they were delicious! Every sip was heavenly and so refreshing we finished them in no time. The staff deserves a shout out too they were incredibly friendly, quick, efficient, and helpful, clearly used to handling a big crowd. It's great to know they have several locations covering the entire Palm Springs area. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back on our next trip to town. This is a must visit for coffee lovers like me!"

"We drove from Santa Monica to Palm Springs for the day and wanted a break from the sun, so we stopped here for coffee. I ordered the Mocha Freeze (half sweet, no whipped cream) and it was delicious and refreshing! I took it with me to the pool and enjoyed it while tanning. The café itself is lovely, with both indoor and outdoor seating, plus a nice selection of pre-packed food, pastries, and more. Next time I’ll try the Vanilla Freeze. They also have several other locations in Palm Springs."

"This Koffi place is top notch. They have delicious coffee and outstanding service. This place is always clean+ the staff is pleasant and very welcoming. YAZA, the supervisor ( the gentleman from Jordan) is the sharpest, the nicest and the most caring. Perso. He knows how to treat his customers!!!! He should be acknowledged and rewarded for his excellent customer services skills. Thank you YAZA for always making our day!!! "It's one of my favorite places for coffee, a quick delicious breakfast sandwich, bakery item, salad, or quick lunch. It is free parking on and off the street and is conveniently located next to The Ace Hotel. Great patio space, lots of shade, extremely dog friendly (my bulldog loves it too), always clean (including the restrooms that are shared with another establishment in the same building), strong free wifi, and courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly management and staff. If you want quiet, probably best to sit on the patio. Even knowing the noise level is a bit above average inside, it is still easy to concentrate and stay focused if you are doing work on a lap top or smart phone. Plus it's a busy coffee shop so don't expect library level quiet. Once I mistakenly threw out my debit card in the trash as I was leaving. I got home, called them, and the manager said he would go and look for it in the trash personally. He found it, called me immediately, and I was able to get it back securely in a very timely manner. That is going above and beyond. I also strongly support minority, locally-owned businesses and this is one I highly recommend. They have several other outlets and I am happy to say they are all consistently excellent. However, this location is my favorite."

"I absolutely love stopping by Koffi anytime I’m in Palm Springs. The space is open and inviting, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating—plus strong AC inside, which is a lifesaver on hot desert days. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming; they always greet you with a smile and genuinely care about your experience. I highly recommend the matcha latte—it’s perfectly balanced—and their coffee beans are top quality. There’s something special about spending a relaxing hour here, sipping a great drink and soaking in the local vibe. A must-visit!"
