What People Are Saying
from Google"Coupa Cafe on Lytton is an easy five stars. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The drip coffee is amazing with a rich flavor on par with my flavor preferences. The location is great right in downtown and the space itself is roomy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to work, meet up, or just relax. Overall, it is a dependable and enjoyable cafe that stands out in the area."
"Coupa Café used to be one of my favorite spots, but my experience last week was beyond unacceptable. I ordered a salad and found a dead insect in it. It was absolutely disgusting, and I had to throw the entire meal away. What makes this worse is that it’s not the first time, similar incidents have happened to my friends in the past as well. Cleanliness and quality control should be a basic standard, especially for a restaurant of this reputation. This level of negligence is shocking and deeply disappointing. I’m sharing this so others are aware, and I truly hope management takes immediate action to address this serious issue."
"My first time here. I had avocado toast and a cafe mocha. Coffee was really good and so was the toast."
"Ordered the cappuccino but it was completely off balance - bitter and tasted more like drip coffee, with too little milk/foam. Barista failed to greet patrons.."
"Nice sit down cafe with a large variety of menu options. The Pollo Arepa was OK. The Arepa texture is good but lacked taste. The accompanying salad is good. Staff is quick. Free Wi-Fi available."
