"The store is located in a very nice and not too busy part of Palo Alto right by University Avenue. It has ample parking spaces around and the ambience inside the store is amazing. The store has a very decent set of breakfast, juice and Java options. The staff are very friendly and service is very quick. I was there for a couple of meetings and found that the store was never crowded at any point in time and ample seating was available all through. I would have expected to be provided with the Wi-Fi connection. However, I did not find any details. Perhaps, I should have asked one of the staff. Highly recommended for meetings."

"$5.25 for a COLD cup of coffee. I bought a hot drip coffee this afternoon , got in the car, and started driving. First sip - cold! The person that poured me coffee didn't check to see if the coffee was fresh OR hot! That means they hadn't brewed or checked the coffee in hours. It also tasted terrible. Basic customer service fail. Not going there again."

"We came here after rumble boxing. Ordered a protein shake with matcha flavor. I like that their protein shake tastes good. No weird taste at all. I also like that they indicate the nutrition fact of each item on the menu. It is a little bit pricy but this is Palo Alto. I guess the price is expected."
