"I had excellent macchiato and espresso in a San Francisco Joe & the Juice so I stopped in Palo Alto to have an espresso ... Super disappointed ... this is not how espresso should look as soon as you get it from the server and you can see the attached picture."

"Service is extremely slow. Not once but I have been here twice and ordered 3-4 times through Doordash but even the driver had said they have the same issue. Looks like the inefficient management if this js happening consistently. I will not be ordering from Joe and the Juice anymore. Try to value customers time before you lose business all at once."

"Very spacious, with a decent amount of seating. The better spots with the rectangular tables are often taken and the round tables are a bit uncomfortable to work on with a laptop. Otherwise, food is like any other Joe & The Juice. Pretty expensive but they make decent shakes."
