"Famous matcha store at Palo Alto. I been here couple of times and everytime there is always busy and have line of customer but it move very quickly. Ordering system is straight forward and easy. This store has sitting area but it is considered loud if you are thinking of working while having your matcha as yhe store is not big and between table only hsve little space for walking.. Skme customer don't control their voice so it is kind of not pleasant. We ordered the matcha drink and they are good. They only serve all cold matcha. It is interesting when we want hot matcha we will end up going to coffee shop."

"Visited Maruwu Seicha – Palo Alto and had a mixed but overall good experience. The soft serve matcha swirl waffle cone was delicious and definitely the highlight. We tried the hot Hawaiian Ube Matcha Latte and the Matcha Latte with Okinawa boba — they were okay, but honestly tasted better as they cooled down. I’d recommend ordering the iced versions instead. Would come back for the desserts and iced drinks."

"The matcha gelato is a bit disappointing as it tastes more like slushy. They also only have matcha no.3, which is pretty light matcha flavor with some sweetness. If you like strong matcha flavor, this is not for you. Their drinks are better."

"Ordered a few times for matcha americano with matcha jelly and boba. $8.50 for a large is on the pricier side. This area is extremely tough to park during peak hours. Friends have been getting it via doordash...they pack it better, and don't need to bump and grind in downtown Palo Alto. Although it could jump to ~$11 a drink, it is definitely worth it to not deal with the traffic and parking. Seating inside is available but limited. Self order kiosk and in-person available."

"Pretty packed on Saturday. There was a long line but not sure why because you order using the QR code then the drink comes out pretty quick. Seemed like a lot of items were not available though. Lots of indoor seating but it's so crowded I'd rather walk around outside. Parking was easy a couple blocks away. Ube Matcha Latte with almond milk and boba - this cost me almost $10! very good with quality matcha but way too pricy. maybe once a year I will treat myself."
